to support a Global Company
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret talent market data to support global
Talent Acquisition
initiatives. - Build and maintain
talent mapping
and market insights for specific roles, functions, or regions. - Use tools such as
LinkedIn Talent Insights
and
Lightcast
to gather and report labor market data. - Prepare and deliver
reports, dashboards, and presentations
using
Excel
and
PowerPoint
. - Ensure accuracy and consistency of all data and insights provided.
- Collaborate with global HR and recruiting teams across multiple time zones.
- Contribute to ongoing initiatives in
AI research
and
prompt development
to improve information access and automation (optional, not required).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Technical Degree in Administration, HR, Economic or related field
(or equivalent technical/university diploma/bachelor's degree). - 1–3 years of professional experience managing data to HR
- Experience or strong interest in
HR, recruitment, workforce analytics, or workforce planning
. - Proficiency with
Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables)
and
PowerPoint
. - Remote Role
- Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Indefinite contract
