We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team full-time and contribute to a variety of DevOps initiatives.

This role will focus on cloud migration, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipeline
management, delivering scalable, efficient, and secure solutions.

The ideal candidate brings
hands-on expertise in DevOps best practices and a proven track record in multi-cloud environments,
with a strong emphasis on
Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite with a dynamic team on innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration.
  • Collaborate with development teams to facilitate seamless integration, testing, and deployment of applications.
  • Implement and oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure operational visibility and rapid issue resolution.
  • Enforce security best practices and compliance standards across all DevOps processes and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application development, deployment, and operations.

General Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and act in accordance with Acuity Knowledge Partners' Information Security Policy.
  2. Identify risks when working with external parties.
  3. Ensure information security when dealing with customers.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  3. Extensive expertise with cloud platforms, including GCP (preferred), AWS, and/or Azure.
  4. In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration technologies.

  5. Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.

  6. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or equivalent.

  7. Competence in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar for automation tasks.
  8. Strong understanding of Git and version control systems for collaborative development.
