About the Role

We are seeking a Mid DevOps Engineer to support and enhance our cloud infrastructure, automation, and monitoring capabilities. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with solid experience in AWS, infrastructure as code, containerized environments, and CI/CD pipelines, who is ready to take ownership of components while continuing to grow in large-scale environments.

You will work closely with engineering and SRE teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
  • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions, including Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Assist in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to improve system reliability.
  • Collaborate with development teams to support microservices-based architectures.
  • Apply security best practices related to IAM, WAF, and cloud security controls.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
  • Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging platforms, preferably Splunk.
  • Scripting experience using Python and/or Bash.
  • Understanding of cloud networking, security, and IAM fundamentals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to multi-region or high-availability architectures.
  • Experience supporting microservices migrations.
  • Familiarity with GitOps practices.
  • Knowledge of GCP or Azure environments.
  • Relevant certifications (AWS, Terraform, Splunk, etc.).
