About the Team

The Finance Transformation Testing and Shared Support Team plays an important role within the Finance Transformation organization by combining strong financial understanding with hands-on execution support. The team helps Finance scale effectively during critical initiatives, transformation programs, and high-volume periods.

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support programs across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, and broader Finance Operations, with a focus on testing, data validation, and process improvement. Experience with Workday Financials is preferred, as this role will assist with testing and functional coordination across multiple workflows and integrations that support global finance operations. This role will also provide operational and surge support during peak periods, helping ensure continuity, compliance, and accuracy in finance processes. The Business Analyst will work closely with senior team members to learn core systems, strengthen documentation, and contribute to consistent delivery across the Finance Transformation organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements & Process Analysis

• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements across core processes (Revenue, Billings, P2P, and Record-to-Report).

• Support process design discussions and help identify improvement opportunities.

• Document functional requirements and assist in coordinating with Product and Technology teams on system updates or enhancements.

• Help maintain and update business process documentation.
   

Testing & Readiness:

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities for finance systems, integrations, and enhancements.

• Develop and maintain test cases and test results documentation.

• Participate in readiness activities during go-lives and high-volume periods (month-end, quarter-end, year-end).
   

Execution & Delivery Support:

• Provide day-to-day operational support during busy cycles, assisting with data validation, reconciliations, and transaction accuracy checks.

• Support integration testing and data migration efforts during system changes or new releases.

• Collaborate with global teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across finance data and processes.
   

Collaboration & Growth:

• Partner with Finance, Product, and Technology teams to stay aligned on testing progress and project timelines.

• Support project tracking and documentation for risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Learn from and collaborate with senior analysts and leads to grow functional and systems knowledge.

• Contribute to documentation, templates, and process guides to support team efficiency.

About You

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in accounting and financial operations (AP, AR, Revenue, GL), with exposure to system workflows and process improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Must be bilingual in English & Spanish.

Other Qualifications:

• Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments and managing multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an interest in developing into a senior analyst or transformation lead role.
