Junior Accounting / Administrative Profile (Remote)

We are looking for a Junior Accounting / Administrative professional with advanced English skills to join our team and support one of our U.S.-based clients.

This role is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, highly organized, trustworthy, reliable, and responsible, with the motivation to develop their career in accounting and administration within an international environment. We are seeking someone who can work remotely and perform at a high level while adapting quickly to new tools and systems.

What You'll Do


• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.


• Maintain financial records, perform reconciliations, and support journal entries and adjustments.


• Contribute to the preparation of reports, closing activities, and financial analysis.


• Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations, documentation, and project tasks.


• Communicate effectively in English with both internal teams and external stakeholders.


• Learn and adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and workflows in a remote-first environment.

What We're Looking For


• Advanced English skills (both written and spoken).


• Background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields (academic or professional).


• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace


• Knowledge of accounting software and bookkeeping principles.


• Trustworthy, reliable, and responsible, with a proven ability to manage tasks independently.


• Capacity to perform at a high level in a remote environment, maintaining productivity and accountability.


• Motivation to grow and take on new challenges in a dynamic, international setting.
