We're looking for a dedicated
Sales Services Associate
III to join our team in Heredia, CR

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma/GED
    AND
    a minimum of
    2 years
    of experience in a corporate or business office environment
    OR
    a minimum of
    3 years
    of experience in a corporate or business office environment.
  • Minimum
    2 years
    of
    account service
    experience and/or
    case installation/implementation
    within the
    health insurance industry
    .
  • Minimum
    1 year
    of experience with
    Employee Group Benefits
    .
  • Proficiency with
    Microsoft Office 365
    , demonstrated
    organizational skills
    , and a strong
    detail-oriented
    approach.

(Preferred: Experience in group insurance, provider billing, project management, or working in a heavily regulated industry.)

A Day in the Life: Your Core Responsibilities

As a Sales Services Associate III, you will be the backbone of our sales support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Your key daily contributions will include:

  • Process Execution & Accuracy:
    Efficiently executing standard and non-routine processes related to benefit implementation, rate and structure accuracy, and resolving complex issues to meet key performance indicators.
  • Benefits & Product Administration:
    Assisting with the administration of health insurance benefits and product offerings, ensuring all requests meet benefit, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Effective Communication:
    Attending internal and external engagements, preparing content, and utilizing your business knowledge to align communication that supports the sales process.
  • Data Integrity & Analysis:
    Performing small-scale data entry, reconciliation, and conducting routine and non-routine analyses (e.g., membership trends) to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Experience:
    Building and leveraging relationships with internal teams, customers, and channel partners, gathering data on their needs, and responding to inquiries with expertise on our products and services.
  • Project & Sales Support:
    Supporting project logistics, managing timelines, coordinating communication on progress, and assisting in the development of compelling responses to customer requests.
