We are seeking an Expert SAP Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Migration Leader with a specialization in SAP Finance (FI) to drive and execute complex SAP S/4HANA migration projects. This role requires deep expertise in finance-related business processes, ensuring seamless transformation and integration within an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, lead project teams, and provide strategic guidance for successful SAP Finance implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration projects with a focus on SAP Finance.
  • Design and implement finance-related solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define functional requirements and system configurations.
  • Manage data migration activities, including financial data validation and reconciliation.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Treasury.
  • Ensure regulatory and tax compliance within SAP Finance solutions.
  • Develop and lead training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders.
  • Support change management processes and ensure adoption of new finance functionalities.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Finance, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Extensive experience leading SAP Finance migration projects.
  • Deep knowledge of financial accounting, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong expertise in SAP FI modules and integration with other SAP components (MM, SD, CO, etc.).
  • Experience with data migration tools and methodologies for SAP S/4HANA.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification (preferred).
  • PMP or ITIL Certification (optional but beneficial).
