About this role

What You’ll Do
- SAP S4 Hanna FI-CO consultant at least 5+ years of relevant SAP experience.
- Should have good knowledge of FICO SAP processes.
- Should have strong domain knowledge.
- Exposure to FI and CO processes.
- Should have experience in troubleshooting, investigates, analyses and solved FICO related issues.
- Should have experience in design, configuration and testing of core FI/CO modules.
- Implementation experience and very good in documentation and providing turn-key solutions using SAP functionality.
- Able to receive feedback/coaching on performance from other members of the team positively.
- Detailed knowledge of business requirements and solutions in their focus area.
- Should know Activate methodology
- Ability to the analysis of business requirements and identify gaps in current and to be the solution.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and Client teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Can conceptualize and communicate Business relevant solutions
Bright ability to rapidly pick up new technologies, propositions, and business areas.
- Outcome-oriented
- Ability to work under own initiative and under tight time pressures - planning, prioritizing, and controlling own workload.
- Precise approach to project management and procedures.
- Can take ownership of sub-plans for specific functional requirements and can plan own time to ensure project milestones are met.
- Experience in working in support projects with onsite-offshore model.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Good to have knowledge on S4 Hanna, Activate, New GL, Certifications.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving/investigation approach.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Be able self-starting problem solver with an ability to understand business challenges and address them through innovative software engineering practices.
