In this role, you'll:
Monitor and assign incoming cases efficiently in
Salesforce (CRM)
.
Ensure
SLAs
are met by responding quickly and routing cases to the right teams.
Communicate with managers to resolve escalations and unassigned cases.
What we're looking for:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written communication.
Proactive, adaptable, and dependable attitude.
Nice to have:
Experience with Salesforce case management.
Previous background in customer support or help desk.
Understanding of SLAs and support workflows.
