Responsibilities:

  • Support the exam, certification, cert renewal, and program information (FAQs & Help pages) on the Learn site
  • Support launching new pages, maintaining and updating existing information and documentation, and ensuring publication occurs accurately and on time (deadlines set by MS)
  • Ensures content experiences adhere to guidelines/standards/ values (e.g., accessibility, inclusive content, Microsoft brand guidelines, compliance, search engine optimization).
  • Leverage tools, processes, and methods to ensure content is relevant, accurate, and timely for audiences across markets.
  • Provide Certification Program updates (announcing new beta exams, live exams, localizations, practice tests, and promotions) for distribution in the three WWL newsletters
  • Drive data insights and key performance metrics that support Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Support process documentation, improvements, and operational efficiency within the team
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and incorporate relevant knowledge into team strategies

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a complex and dynamic environment
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio Code, Git Repos, and GitHub
  • Microsoft experience highly preferred
  • •Stakeholder management experience
  • 3+ years' experience in Content publishing workflows and systems.
  • 1+ years of experience in typical content authoring languages such as Markdown, HTML, JSON/XML, YAML, and others
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Can deal with ambiguity and thrive in a highly dynamic fast-paced environment
