Descripción de Puesto

Buscamos un/a Asistente Comercial para incorporarse de forma hibrida a nuestro equipo en Costa Rica. El rol brinda soporte clave a las operaciones comerciales y de ventas. Incluye prospección de clientes, calificación de leads y gestión del CRM. También contempla la elaboración de reportes y la coordinación con equipos internos.

Requisitos

  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Negocios, Marketing, Ingeniería Comercial, Relaciones Públicas o carrera afín
  • Conocimiento de actividades comerciales y principios de gestión de ventas
  • Experiencia en prospección de clientes y construcción de relaciones comerciales
  • Excelente comunicación oral y escrita, con orientación al cliente
  • Habilidades organizativas y alta atención al detalle
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y orientado a equipo
  • Manejo de herramientas CRM y tecnologías de ventas (HubSpot es un plus)
  • Experiencia en ventas B2B, tecnología, real estate o RRHH será valorada

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Brindar soporte operativo y comercial al equipo de Ventas
  • Realizar actividades de prospección de clientes y leads (llamadas, mensajes y seguimiento)
  • Calificar leads y gestionar oportunidades a través del CRM
  • Coordinar y gestionar agendas de reuniones comerciales
  • Mantener información precisa y actualizada en el CRM
  • Elaborar reportes, métricas y seguimiento de desempeño comercial
  • Apoyar la comunicación con clientes, prospectos y aliados estratégicos
  • Participar en eventos, ferias y actividades comerciales
  • Manejo de estrategia con Aliados
  • Generar, desarrollar y mantener networking profesional con clientes, prospectos y aliados estratégicos
