Position Summary

General Purpose Of The Position
The "Accounts Payable Representative II" is key in the "Procure to Pay" department. They handle invoice processing to make timely payments to suppliers, following payment terms and organizational goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Request updates to corporate suppliers' information in respective systems as needed.
- Analyze invoices against purchase orders to determine if they can be processed for payment.
- Ensure invoices are correctly entered into established systems.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies by identifying root causes to avoid incorrect payments or blocking issues.
- Respond to supplier and internal customer inquiries related to payments or invoice status.
- Develop technical knowledge of company systems for efficient information processing.
- Interact clearly with internal and external customers through phone, email, chat, or other channels.
- Identify and propose improvements to departmental processes.
- Provide support and fulfill other requests as needed.
Basic Requirements
- Professional Technician or university high school student in Accounting or Administration.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Shared Service Centers.
- B1+ English Level.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
