Pricing Analyst

Huntsman is seeking a
Pricing Analyst
supporting the Performance Products Division located in San José, Costa Rica. This position will report to the Pricing Team Lead.

Job Scope
Responsible for managing and ensuring accuracy in all sales-pricing–related activities, including invoice pricing validation, billing processes, credits and debits, rebates, commissions, and month-end closing tasks. This role supports the complete order-to-cash process and collaborates closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other internal partners.

In Summary, As The Pricing Analyst, You Will

• Review and validate customer orders to ensure accurate and timely invoicing using SAP reports.
• Research and resolve invoice disputes in coordination with Credit, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance.
• Reconcile and process month-end billing types with strict accuracy requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders to align on pricing, resolve inquiries, and support the decision-making process.
• Manage tickets and requests from internal and external clients in a timely manner.
• Report customer behavior trends and provide analytics to management.
• Research disputes, ensure SOX-compliant adjustments, and manage accruals, rebates, and commissions.
• Review open orders, manual pricing requests, blocked orders, and ensure proper invoicing and accounting posting.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Candidates must be willing to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at our office located in AFZ, Heredia. Additional office days may be required as needed or during corporate visits.
The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica
Minimum Qualifications
Education Required

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Foreign Logistics, etc.).

A bachelor's degree may be substituted by 4+ years of overall relevant experience.

Experience Required

• 2–3+ years of experience in Pricing/Invoicing, Order Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Analysis.
• Experience with SAP Sales module or another ERP system (e.g., Oracle).
• Proficiency in Excel for data handling and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the chemical industry or similar industrial environments.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• High typing accuracy and strong data-entry skills.
• Clear and effective communication both verbally and in writing.

Working Environment
This position is based in an office environment in
San José, Costa Rica
, requiring extensive computer and system use (SAP, Excel, ERP tools) and frequent communication with global stakeholders.
