Bajo supervisión, la persona será responsable de ejecutar procesos operativos en el almacén asegurando seguridad, calidad, orden, y cumplimiento de estándares.

Incluye actividades de recepción, control, almacenamiento, preparación de pedidos, manejo de maquinaria y tareas generales de soporte.

Requisitos Específicos para Candidatos 

  • Entregar productos a clientes en zonas urbanas y rurales.
  • Cargar mercadería verificando contra factura.
  • Realizar inventarios cíclicos.
  • Revisar y ubicar mercadería liquidada.
  • Mantener orden y limpieza en la bodega.
  • Cumplir controles de HSE.
  • Buen manejo del vehículo asignado (vehículo de Cummins).
  • Manejo de montacargas.
  • Contar con licencia para manejar camión.
  • Apoyar en tareas del almacén cuando no haya entregas.

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)

  • Detener trabajo y reportar cualquier riesgo grave o incidente.
  • Cumplir con políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.
  • Usar el equipo de protección personal requerido.
  • Identificar y corregir riesgos dentro de su área cuando sea posible.
  • Participar en entrenamientos de HSE.

Calidad 

  • Cumplir con procesos, instrucciones de trabajo y estándares de calidad.
  • Reportar problemas que puedan generar costos o errores.
  • Revisar mercadería entrante en busca de daños o discrepancias.
  • Identificar y separar material no conforme.

Operaciones de Entrega y Almacén (Delivery & Warehouse Operations)

  • Recibir mercadería, clasificarla, etiquetarla y almacenarla optimizando espacio.
  • Operar equipos manuales y automatizados para pick, pack y despacho.
  • Cumplir con tiempos de ciclo y estándares operativos.
  • Realizar inventarios cíclicos.
  • Mantener orden y limpieza del área de trabajo.
  • Apoyar otras funciones del almacén cuando se requiera.

Trabajo en Equipo (Teamwork)

  • Comunicarse de forma efectiva con todo el equipo.
  • Completar capacitaciones obligatorias.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua.
  • Colaborar con personal técnico y soporte para revisar equipos o reportar fallas.
