The Position

The Opportunity:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Audits expense reports submitted with excellent quality (QA)
  • Communicates with supported affiliate employees in a professional manner when corrections or clarifications are required on expense report submissions
  • Ensure Travel and Expense Policy is up to date and request additional SOP's when required
  • Communicate and collaborate proactively with various business partners and management to resolve issues and identify potential risk
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and provide solutions
  • Serve as T&E representative on large or cross-functional projects; lead small departmental projects or change initiatives with appropriate improvement requirements
  • Ensures best practices are shared across team members
  • Ensure all business activities comply with Travel & Expense Policies, FGAR, relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Desktop Manuals (DTP), local guidelines
  • Ensure SLA audit and compliance principles between RSS Operations Americas and affiliates are met
  • Analyze current process to determine issues and work on potential process improvements

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to organize work effectively, adhere to tight and established deadlines
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Knowledge of Audit or Risk Review processes
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform work with limited direction and guidance and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask
  • Works well with others and follow through to execute all tasks to deliver on deadlines
  • Language requirements: English, Spanish, Portuguese
  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent work experience

Experience:
1+ years' experience in an operational T&E, audit role or risk management

Experience with related T&E SAP systems: Concur and Oversight
