Logistics Intern

Location: Seattle, Washington (with operations in San Jose, Costa Rica)

Duration: 4 Months (with potential for seasonal hire)

All Black Limo is a premium black-car service based in Gig Harbor and serving Seattle and the greater Puget Sound region. We provide airport, cruise, corporate, and event transportation with white-glove service, professional chauffeurs, and a focus on on-time performance and safety.

Internship Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to join our dynamic team. This section outlines the availability of a Paid Internship opportunity. This 4-month entry-level internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of luxury transportation logistics. The selected candidate will contribute to the efficient coordination of our vehicle fleet, driver schedules, and client itineraries, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. This internship provides invaluable exposure to both domestic and international operational challenges within a high-end service environment. Aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application, offering a comprehensive and enriching experience that supports career growth

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily scheduling and dispatching of luxury vehicles and professional drivers.
  • Help manage client reservations and update itineraries in real-time.
  • Contribute to the optimization of routes and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to address operational needs.
  • Assist in the documentation and reporting of logistics activities.
  • Learn and apply best practices in luxury transportation management.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the logistics team.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with hands-on projects and meeting coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Entry Level
  • English proficiency: C1 or C2 required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
