Job DescriptionRole Purpose
The Standard Automation Program Specialist supports the governance, planning, and communication aspects of automation initiatives within the financial firm's Technology Infrastructure Organization. This role ensures that automation projects align with strategic goals, adhere to established standards, and their benefits are tracked and communicated.
͏Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining and documenting automation program policies, standards, and best practices.
- Track the progress of various automation projects, maintaining dashboards and status reports.
- Facilitate communication between automation teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Support the collection of metrics and benefits realization for automation initiatives (e.g., toil reduction, cost savings).
- Organize and prepare materials for program reviews and steering committee meetings.
- Manage documentation repositories for automation assets and knowledge.
- Help identify new opportunities for automation across the private cloud and virtualization infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to program governance and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in program coordination, project support, or a similar role within an IT or technology-focused environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts, private cloud, and automation technologies. Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Jira). Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and planning skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
Mandatory Skills: Project Management .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
