YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Treasury Analyst – Procure-to-Pay (PTP) plays a vital role in managing cash flows and payment operations within the end-to-end procure-to-pay process. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of payments, optimizing liquidity, maintaining banking relationships, and supporting financial compliance. The position works cross-functionally with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Finance, Global Treasury and external banking partners to ensure efficient treasury operations and alignment with corporate cash management strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

Cash Management & Forecasting:

• Monitor daily cash positions and short-term liquidity needs.

• Support working capital optimization through effective cash flow planning and payment timing.

Vendor Payments Oversight:

• Oversee execution of vendor payments in alignment with Procure-to-Pay (PTP) cycles and cash availability.

• Lead calls and communication with internal and external users to resolve outstanding balances and reconciliation discrepancies to define proper solutions.

• SysAid management and ticket payment resolution.

• Execute and monitor vendor payments (ACH, wire, checks).

Banking Operations:

• Resolve payment-related issues with banking partners and ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.

• Support Global Treasury to update legal bank requirements documentation.
   

Compliance & Internal Controls:

• Ensure treasury and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes comply with company policies, SOX controls, and audit requirements.

• Support internal and external audits with documentation and analysis. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency in payment execution.

• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) workflow.
   

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and deliver treasury reports including cash flow forecasts, payment reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
   

Collaboration:

• Work closely with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Accounting, and Global Treasury to ensure alignment of objectives.
   

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

• Intermediate English (B2).

• Proven Customer Service.

• Minimum 2 years of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) experience.

• Understanding of PTP processes.

• Proven analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Intermediate MS Office suite (Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP's formulas, Power Point, Outlook, Word).

• Data analysis and trend identification process performance.

• Experience with compliance (SOX), audits, and process documentation.

• Effective Time Management Skills.

• Proven oral and written communication skills.

• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) knowledge — Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) knowledge desirable.
