Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Specialist to join our growing accounting and advisory team. This is a full-time position focused on generating new business by presenting our suite of services — including accounting, bookkeeping, advisory, and analytics solutions — to potential clients.

This role offers a base pay plus commission for every new client signed, a flexible work arrangement (2–3 days from home), and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled sales meetings (no cold calling) with potential clients via Microsoft Teams.
  • Present and explain our accounting, bookkeeping, advisory, and analytics services with confidence and professionalism.
  • Manage leads and opportunities through our CRM system (HubSpot or similar).
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the internal accounting and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
  • Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner during meetings, conferences, or client visits (occasional travel required).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling financial or accounting services/products.
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts, financial management, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and ERP/accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in virtual environments (Microsoft Teams).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a team-player mindset.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Experience with DocuSign and Mailchimp is a plus.
  • C1 or C2 level English
  • Strong Customer Service

Work Schedule

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 7:00/8:00 a.m. – 4:00/5:00 p.m. (depending on client schedules)
  • Hybrid: 2–3 remote, with the possibility of occasional travel.

Pay: ₡900,000.00 per month
