Master Data Analyst I

Job Description:

The Master Data Analyst I for our Master Data Management Organization will be responsible for handling the full process of setting up new SKUs, as well as maintaining part, price, and structure data to meet service requirements.

You will ensure the accuracy of material data within ERP systems like SAP, Horizon, PIMA, and DCS.

The role involves working closely with business teams to make sure parts are correctly attributed in the systems. You will also pull reports from the system and provide data to the business while performing basic testing when needed.

What You'll Do:

• Gather, create, compile, and load data (price files, spreadsheet requests) related to material setup and maintenance.
• Work in Excel using advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, TRUE/FALSE statements, and other data manipulation tools.
• Maintain system applications and troubleshoot issues in ERP systems.
• Prepare and deliver ad hoc reports and analyses to business partners.
• Participate in business partner meetings and provide necessary support.
• Perform basic requirements in a testing environment.
• Performs other additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma Required.
• 1+ Years of experience in Admin or Operational roles.
• Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.
• Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate/Advanced) required.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work independently with internal and external business contact.
• Ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Quick to learn new systems and technologies, and able to use relevant computer applications at a basic level.

Other Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Admin.; Data.

Working Conditions:

• Professional environment (Remote).
• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
