About the role:

As a Process & Automation Partner within the GBS Data & Digital Intelligent Automation team, you will act as a bridge between business needs and digital solutions, enabling the delivery of impactful automation initiatives within delivery lines such as Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Invoice-to-Cash (ITC), Account-to-Reconciliation (ATR), or Commercial Operations. This role emphasizes execution, process collaboration, and practical delivery of automation capabilities aligned with business needs.

This is not a strategic AI position, but one that supports the scaling and adoption of automation across GBS through strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities:

• Process & Opportunity Analysis:

• Analyze and map business processes within GBS to identify automation potential.

• Collaborate with delivery line stakeholders to gather business requirements.
  
  Support feasibility assessments in collaboration with technical teams.
• Automation Project Support:
• Assist with project planning, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with developers and solution architects to clarify business needs.
• Track project status, document progress, and escalate issues as needed.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as liaison between delivery lines and the Intelligent Automation team.
• Coordinate workshops, review sessions, and UAT where applicable.
• Promote awareness and understanding of automation opportunities within GBS.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain documentation for business cases, user requirements, testing results.
• Support KPI tracking and outcome reporting post-implementation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts based on user feedback.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst or related field
• Prior involvement in automation or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Technical & Functional Skills:
• Familiarity with process documentation (e.g., BPMN, SIPOC).
• Working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
• Exposure to automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) is beneficial.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, virtual, and agile environment.
• Advanced English.
