We seek an experienced
Marketing Technologist and Technical Developer
to help build and develop a world-class CRM ecosystem.
Collaborating with our team of marketing automation specialists, your primary focus will be ensuring that our data, systems, and processes are designed, built, and managed to deliver exciting and entertaining player experiences.
You will have experience working with CRM systems that deliver personalized, automated, and engaging multichannel communications along with lifecycle programs at scale, as well as strong technical capabilities to support data, integrations, and marketing platforms.
You will stay informed about the latest Martech and help build the team to ensure we use it to its full potential.

Job Responsibilities
- Working with the wider CRM team, you'll be responsible for creating and using the automated, personalized, and reactive campaign templates we deliver to customers.
- Collaborate with the data and engineering teams as a
technical and data systems expert
to ensure our data structures, integrations, and pipelines are optimized for campaign execution, reporting, and analytics. - Design, develop, and maintain integrations between CRM platforms, marketing tools, and data systems using SQL Server, SSIS, APIs, and Databricks.
- Own and enhance our collection of responsive and accessible email templates created with HTML, CSS, and modern front-end technologies.
- Act as a
Technical Developer
for the CRM ecosystem, supporting architecture, automation, and platform performance. - As a power user of our CRM systems, collaborate with the larger team to ensure that all activities are optimized for performance, deliverability, and monitoring.
- Ensure all campaigns utilize the latest technology for maximum personalization and real-time engagement.
- Own and oversee our testing, QA, and deployment processes to guarantee accuracy, stability, and punctuality.
- Support reporting and insights by working with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Databricks, and CRM analytics.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in the marketing technology and iGaming landscape and propose recommendations for new initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in multichannel marketing, marketing technology, CRM automation systems, or technical development.
- Strong proficiency in
HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies (React, TypeScript)
for email and campaign experiences. - Experience as a
Technical Developer
working with CRM, marketing platforms, and data systems. - Strong
CRM knowledge
and experience working with
marketing automation architectures
(Architect, campaign orchestration tools, or similar). - Solid
gambling / iGaming industry knowledge
is required. - Advanced experience with
SQL Server
, including
Integration Services (SSIS)
and
Reporting Services (SSRS)
. - Strong SQL skills with a deep understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and data integration.
- Experience working with
Databricks using Python
for data processing and analytics. - Experience using
Visual Studio and .NET
for development, integrations, and automation. - Understanding of
email deliverability best practices
. - Experience working with
personalization and dynamic content languages
such as Liquid or AMPscript. - Experience with marketing production and personalization tools such as
Movable Ink
and
Stripo
is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical and data-driven issues.
- Must be a strong team player, organized, and able to prioritize multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven, passionate, and proactive, with a strong ownership mindset.
- Fully proficient in written and verbal English.
- N.B. Ability to join the rest of the team in the office — no remote work.
