Embedded in the Ophthalmology LATAM Network, the LATAM Marketing Partner plays a strategic cross-border role, facilitating regional marketing execution, enabling agile collaboration, and catalyzing outcomes across the affiliate ecosystem.
This is a location-agnostic, above-country, cross-functional role, focused on enabling marketing excellence and accelerating value delivery through structured Work Packages (WPs) in alignment with the global Disease Area Strategy.
The Opportunity:
Coordinate and Facilitate Integrated Marketing Solutions: Work cross-functionally to coordinate and steward integrated marketing solutions and work packages within the Ophthalmology Disease Area, ensuring alignment across Medical, Access, and Commercial teams. Provide structure, guidance, and activation support to affiliates to deploy impactful marketing initiatives, leveraging best practices and regional collaboration.
Catalyze Rapid, Scalable Solutions: Drive the rapid co-creation and execution of solutions addressing significant gaps in the patient journey. Leverage insights from within the wider network and scale effective models across the LATAM region. Analyse trends, market research, insights and become them into input to establish local and latam ophtha strategy
Lead Cross-Border Work Package Teams: Contribute to, and often lead, virtual, cross-border, cross-functional work package teams to realize and scale country outcomes across LATAM affiliates with speed and agility.
Ensure Organizational Launch Readiness: Assume shared accountability for organizational launch readyness both within and across latam countries for new indications and products.
Serve as a Cross-Channel Engagement Expert: Lead cutting-edge strategies and customer experiences, serving as the go-to expert for cross-channel engagement, which enables positive patient outcomes and business transformation.
Advance Digital Engagement Strategy: Advise, influence, and advance digital engagement strategies and campaigns, collaborating with country teams and squads, omnichannel, including Medical, PPOCs/PJPs, and access partners.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, or Business Administration or equivalent. MBA or Postgraduate Marketing degree is considered a plus.
Fluency in English communication.
Relevant experience in marketing, digital engagement, or commercial operations, with a proven track record of successful customer partnering and achieving shared goals.
Experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare marketing is required.
Comfortable working in agile environments; entrepreneurial, self-learning, and willing to challenge the status quo.
Strong internal network creation and borderless collaboration skills, embracing sharing and learning to upscale Ecosystem solutions.
Dynamic, value-driven, strategic thinker with high learning agility.
