The Role
The Network & Edge Customer Technology Solutioner assists sales by providing certified, technology-specific solutioning expertise. They collaborate with the Deal Team, Network & Edge CTAs, Technical Solutioners, and Kyndryl Managed Services to design technical solutions for various opportunities and customers. These solutions range from simple to complex, multi-year projects that align with Kyndryl's capabilities to address customer needs and business challenges through managed services.
Principles Functions
• Be the trusted Network & Edge advisor for our customers and managed services teams, ensuring a complete Kyndryl solution within the Network & Edge Practice and adjacent services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key alliance partners and ecosystems; develop referenceable customers.
• The leader in Network & Edge managed services technical solutions, supporting sales closure with Deal Maker, Technical Solution Manager, and Customer Partner.
• Help identify, develop, and close deals using your technical expertise within Network & Edge Practice.
• Define a value proposition for managed services solutions to maximize customer benefit.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create winning responses and optimal managed services solutions.
• Use Kyndryl's value propositions to develop profitable deals with the pricing/commercial teams.
• Support solution development/repackaging tailored to Network & Edge Practice deals.
• Understand profitable solutions for customer discussions to create winning strategies.
• Use technology expertise to secure deals.
• Sell new Network & Edge Practice solutions and understand Kyndryl managed services.
• Provide general and deep technical/solution expertise in Network & Edge solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with integrity.
o Combine Kyndryl's technical expertise with alliance partners for joint success.
o Be recognized as an expert in Network & Edge solutioning.

Required Skills and Experience
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience, hands-on IT experience with design or support of a large complex environment.
• Experience depth solution design experience on one or more IT platforms is desired. (Mainframe, Wintel, UNIX, Linux, etc)
• Experience in designing networks systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Nice to Have: CCDE.
• Must: The key requirement is the ability to transition from supporting networks to gathering client requirements and designing network solutions.
o This involves understanding business needs, the system stack, and how it relates to networks, and transforming concepts into a solution design.
