Role Summary
We're looking for a proactive Marketing Associate to support the execution of global marketing initiatives for our Risk Intelligence Solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B marketing across fintech, compliance, and corporate treasury sectors. Success in this role means being detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in coordinating multi-channel campaigns including email, social media, paid media, SEO, and webinars.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing assets such as whitepapers, case studies, and promotional materials.
  • Support thought leadership programs by scheduling webinars, managing invites, and coordinating speakers.
  • Provide logistical support for global events and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Help set up and track campaigns using Eloqua, Salesforce, and DemandBase.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Workfront.
  • Support data entry and list management.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and track project timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Assist with budget tracking and maintain organized documentation.

What You'll Bring

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience for 1-2 years in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a global marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Express would be nice to have.
