The Data Analyst is primarily responsible for using data extraction tools such as SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, Power Query, Power BI and Excel to implement various collections and/or valuation processes (examples includes marketing campaigns analysis, new portfolio analysis, cost control, operational performance, budgeting). The Data Analyst also develops and runs reports and other tools to ensure accuracy, identify issues, analysis of trends and process opportunities. The Data Analyst works closely with members of the team and other departments to communicate ongoing results, strategy changes and gather feedback to improve decision making, also can get Ad-Hoc requests from stakeholders for specific and focused analysis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make recommendations to improve business processes
- Develop and maintain monitoring reports and analytical tools to ensure accuracy, identify trends / issues / opportunities
- Perform ad hoc data extraction/cleaning, analysis and segmentations as required
- Develop and implement technical solutions to execute business strategy / processes

**Requirements**:

- English B2+ (Fluent)
- High School Diploma, preferred Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Analytics or related field
- 1- 2 years in an analytical / quantitative role
- Proficiency in SQL, experience in designing and running queries
- Skilled in Excel (pivot tables), Power BI (power query & data model) and Story Telling tailored to different audiences.
- Nice to have: Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure datalakes, R, Python
