OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO:
Atención integral de las solicitudes de clientes que ingresan a través del sistema CRM, llamadas telefónicas u otros canales que la organización disponga como centro de contacto.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:
Atender llamadas, chats de clientes regulares y corporativos. Atender y solucionar solicitudes de los clientes por medio de Jobs internos según procesos definidos Apoyar la gestión de la supervisión de Servicio al Cliente en proyectos especiales Realizar visitas a clientes. Cumplir con los procesos establecidos según el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad. Cumplir con las Políticas y Procedimientos de Salud, Seguridad e Higiene.
Requisitos:
Bachiller en educacion media
Excel Y Windows Basico
1 años de experiencia en puesto similares con funciones en: atención a clientes vía telefónica o en labores propias de Call Center
