We at Coforge are seeking "QA Test Lead" with the following skill-set:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA activities across ML models, data pipelines, APIs, and UI components.
  • Design and execute test strategies for ML workflows, including model validation, data quality checks, and outcome testing.
  • Build and maintain Python-based automated test scripts.
  • Develop and execute API automation using tools like Postman, PyTest, or similar frameworks.
  • Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure end-to-end quality.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as needed.
  • Drive defect triage, RCA discussions, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide QA status, metrics, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Experience testing Databricks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ML model monitoring/validation experience

Required Skills:

  • Strong ML knowledge and hands-on experience
  • Python development
  • API testing and some frontend exposure
