Administrative Assistant / Customer Service– Santa Ana Costa Rica

Role Responsibilities:
- Performs secretarial and administrative duties for mid-level managers and department professionals requiring some basic knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Has limited access to confidential information.
- May make contacts of a general nature that are primarily internal.
- Typically reports to a department manager and operates under moderate supervision.
- Provides customer service trough phone, email, chat to internal and external clients.
Role Requirements:
- High School Diploma or above
- English Proficiency (B2+)
- Candidate must attend to the office at least 3 days per week. (Office is located in Santa Ana, San Jose)
