Bilingual Receptionist – Temporary Position (3 Months)

About the Role:

We are seeking a
Bilingual Receptionist
for a 3-month temporary assignment. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and emails in both English and Spanish.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Coordinate mail, packages, and internal scheduling.
  • Support basic administrative tasks (filing, document control, etc.).
  • Maintain an organized and efficient reception area.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English proficiency
    (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
