TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
Responsibilities
- Coordinates, sources, recruits, screens, and interviews candidates to fill organizational roles
- Establish and maintain sourcing relationships with D&I organizations and support D&I recruiting initiatives
- Consults with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates
- Schedules interviews and coordinates interviewers or panels with region business groups (BG)
- Informs candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages in conjunction with BGs approval
- Prepares and extends job offer details to final candidates
- Supports the organization's recruiting efforts by establishing and maintaining a pool of potential candidates
- Identifies and targets active or passive candidates that could meet the organization's current and future talent needs
- Develops a candidate pipeline and maintains relationships through online or in-person networking
- Encourages candidate interest in company career opportunities by promoting the organization as an employer of choice
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or an equivalent academic area of focus
- 3+ years corporate recruitment experience; exempt level manufacturing experience is preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) – Workday is preferred
- Experience filling multi-industry roles in manufacturing environments is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
