TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates, sources, recruits, screens, and interviews candidates to fill organizational roles
  • Establish and maintain sourcing relationships with D&I organizations and support D&I recruiting initiatives
  • Consults with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates
  • Schedules interviews and coordinates interviewers or panels with region business groups (BG)
  • Informs candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages in conjunction with BGs approval
  • Prepares and extends job offer details to final candidates
  • Supports the organization's recruiting efforts by establishing and maintaining a pool of potential candidates
  • Identifies and targets active or passive candidates that could meet the organization's current and future talent needs
  • Develops a candidate pipeline and maintains relationships through online or in-person networking
  • Encourages candidate interest in company career opportunities by promoting the organization as an employer of choice
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or an equivalent academic area of focus
  • 3+ years corporate recruitment experience; exempt level manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) – Workday is preferred
  • Experience filling multi-industry roles in manufacturing environments is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
