GuruX is a digital solutions company specializing in web development, marketing, CRM implementations (Bitrix24), and custom integrations for businesses in the US and Latin America. We work closely with clients to design, build, and maintain systems that directly impact their operations and growth.
We are looking for a Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day operations, keep projects moving, align the team, and ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality results.
Role Overview
The Operations & Project Manager is responsible for coordinating projects, managing internal workflows, supervising team execution, and serving as a key point of accountability between clients, team members, and management.
This role is hands-on. You are not just planning—you are following up, verifying, documenting, and ensuring things actually get done.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Operations Management
Plan, coordinate, and oversee active client projects
Assign tasks and follow up on progress using Bitrix24
Ensure deadlines, priorities, and scopes are clearly defined and respected
Identify risks, blockers, or delays and act proactively
Maintain clear project documentation and internal reports
Team Coordination
Supervise developers, designers, marketing staff, and contractors
Ensure team members follow internal processes and SOPs
Review task quality and confirm deliverables meet GuruX standards
Help onboard and train new team members on tools and workflows
Promote accountability, clarity, and efficiency within the team
Client Communication
Act as a primary or secondary point of contact for clients
Translate client requests into clear internal tasks and requirements
Manage expectations around timelines, scope, and support levels
Ensure clients are informed of progress, changes, and next steps
Escalate scope changes or issues to management when needed
Process & Documentation
Help document workflows, procedures, and recurring processes
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
Ensure work is properly logged, documented, and trackable
Support reporting on hours, progress, and project status.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years experience in project management, operations, or team leadership
Strong organizational and follow-up skills (you don't drop the ball)
Experience working with digital projects (websites, marketing, software, CRM)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with tools like Bitrix24, Google Workspace, task managers
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
High sense of responsibility, ethics, and ownership
Nice to Have
Experience with Bitrix24 (or other CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Background in web development, marketing, or tech-related projects
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Experience working with US-based clients or remote teams.
