**Job Description**:
We are looking for a **Production Manager** who will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of production schedules and resources. This person will liaise directly between Production teams (development and QA) and Client Services to determine the most efficient workflow, adequate resources and identify gaps in demand or capacity so that work can be delivered on time and meeting all internal and external expectations.

As a Production Manager, your responsibilities will be:

- Collaborate with client procurement and cost consultant teams as needed
- Provide consulting on schedules, staffing availability, and feasibility of creative ideas
- Ensure that processes and workflows are properly followed
- Oversee all digital production engagements for the office, partnering closely with the agency Leads and client/creative teams to ensure all work aligns to original concepts and creative vision throughout the production process
- Demonstrate value on day to day basis, helping to deliver quality work, best practices, and innovative ideas.
Ensure the agency has assets and all critical information needed to deliver work, on time and on budget, and assigns jobs to the offshore team

**Qualifications**:
Production Manager desired skill set to be successful in the role are as follows:

- 2-3+ years in as a digital producer with digital production expertise
- Well versed in all aspects of digital production, with a passion for keeping ahead of emerging technologies to help us innovate our work and process
- Creativity, and proactive problem-solving skills are a must
- Experience managing cross discipline people in the production industry, and demonstrated skills in managing and growing a cross disciplined team
- Demonstrate leadership, confidence and a positive attitude at all times
- Client facing skills integral to position (relationship management, technology/digital production knowledge)
- Listening, mediating, and issue resolution skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and diverse talents
