**Job Description**:
We are looking for a **Production Manager** who will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of production schedules and resources. This person will liaise directly between Production teams (development and QA) and Client Services to determine the most efficient workflow, adequate resources and identify gaps in demand or capacity so that work can be delivered on time and meeting all internal and external expectations.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor production queues to assign tasks and regularly check the status of outstanding work.
- Conduct regular meetings to assess daily tasks, review upcoming work, and identify risks/gaps.
- Review timelines with account leadership and facilitate resource estimations.
- Manage production teams with authority to assign, direct, prioritize and evaluate work in adherence to timelines.
- Participate in process training and consulting for internal teams.
- Partner with QA and development teams to ensure adherence to operational processes.
- Communicate issues with department head, and account leadership.
- Comfortably handle change requests and provide quick and efficient resourcing solutions.
- Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of the process and the business.
- Help assess risk and impact on the existing production work that may arise due to any scheduling, requirement, or functional change.
- Oversee resourcing tool to address over allocations, maintain accuracy and ensure resource optimization.
- Assist teams to coordinate vacation time, overtime, and on-call rotation schedules.
- Help report out on team KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent amount of relevant experience in the field or related area.
- 2+ years of working experience, Digital marketing or related roles is preferred
- Advanced English Level (B2 or Higher)
- Ability to communicate clearly and display a high level of professionalism, including the ability to work with internal/external staff.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and create improved efficiency.
- Ability to work independently at times on multiple tasks while remaining organized.
