Inviting applications for the role of
ISC Finance Lead

This role will provide financial oversight for Freight, Duties, Warehousing, and Distribution Center scrap. The position focuses on core accounting and finance activities, including month-end close (journals, reconciliations, flux analysis), cost center and GL-level budget/forecast modeling, and moderate business partnering. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, this role plays a critical objective in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and cost drivers.
• Prepare and maintain budget and forecast models for assigned cost centers and GL accounts.
• Analyze freight, duties, warehousing, and scrap costs to identify trends and support decision-making.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with operations and ISC teams to provide financial insights and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Communicate accounting policies and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within reporting and reconciliation activities.
• Support implementation of best practices and system enhancements in collaboration with finance transformation teams.
• Leadership
• Contribute as a key team member within the department´s finance, supporting Sr. Manager and peers.
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership of assigned areas while fostering collaboration across functions.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura) in Accounting or Finance required.
• Previous experience in accounting or finance, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close processes, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, JDE); experience with BI tools (Power BI) preferred.
• Understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
