Job Title: Full Stack Engineer – Sr Professional II

Role Description:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions. This role requires deep expertise in both back-end and front-end development, strong proficiency in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET (C#), Python, and modern front-end technologies such as REACT, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Lead end-to-end development of complex software projects, including gathering requirements, defining architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to support data-driven functionalities.
  • Implement and manage cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues proactively, recommending and implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends; apply relevant innovations to existing systems.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and non-technical stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and skills development.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in software development with a focus on full stack development.
  • Expertise in .NET (C#) and Python for building robust, scalable applications.
  • Proficiency in front-end development using REACT, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects, working independently to gather requirements, plan, and execute tasks.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively address technical challenges.
  • Commitment to best practices in code documentation, code reviews, and testing.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI frameworks, Azure AI services, and machine learning concepts.
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular, or
  • Knowledge of security best practices in software development and cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
