Resumen:

¿Cuál es el rol?

Responsable de impulsar, integrar, comunicar y fomentar de forma estratégica los diferentes productos, procesos, proyectos y mejoras comerciales a todas las áreas involucradas en el negocio, obteniendo como resultado la optimización de recursos, incremento en ingresos, la mejora de procesos y experiencia de usuario, fidelización de clientes, crecimiento de cartera e impulso y comercialización de productos nuevos y existentes.

Responsabilidades:

¿Cómo agregar valor?

  • Coordinar el lanzamiento de nuevos productos y servicios Hogar y Liberty Total.
  • Promover los productos / servicios abordando objetivos de la empresa.
  • Apoyo en la definición de la estrategia de comunicación para los diferentes productos y servicios.
  • Apoyo en la estrategia de venta y colocación de productos y servicios.
  • Definición y análisis de Customer Journey.
  • Coordinar los procesos de Formación y educación en temas de productos y servicios
  • Analizar las posibles mejoras y optimizaciones ante diferentes eventos
  • Encargado de atender las incidencias y dolencias de los equipos comerciales y SAC relacionadas con producto.
  • Encargado de generar el insumo (brief) de producto para que las diferentes áreas puedas realizar sus tareas (publicidad, gestión de parque, digital, clientes, etc).
  • Aprobar todos los artes, posteos, comunicación impresa, vayas y demás artes publicitados relacionados con producto.
  • Aprobar las estrategias digitales de comercialización de producto.
  • Solicitud de Landings web de comunicación, gestión y venta.
  • Supervisar y promover el correcto uso de los materiales y herramientas de venta en los distintos puntos de venta.
  • Encargado de coordinar los lanzamientos y comercialización de terminales.
  • Encargado de definir las estrategias de comunicación para la venta de terminales.
  • Solicitar y supervisar todas las acciones relacionadas a cambios de precios de equipos, productos y/o servicios.
  • Análisis y seguimiento de la competencia.
  • Elaboración e implementación de benchmarking.
  • Apoyo en la definición de estrategias para la creación de nuevos productos y servicios a nivel técnico, comercial, y experiencia de usuario.

Calificaciones:

¿Qué necesitas?
Educación/titulaciones preferentes:
  • Bach Administración de Empresas o mercadeo
  • Conocimiento en Marketing Digital y Social Media
  • Inglés intermedio - avanzado
Conocimientos y experiencia específicos:
  • Experiencia en mercadeo, ventas o telecomunicaciones
  • Conocimiento de sistemas de telecomunicación
  • Negociación con terceras partes
  • Manejo y gestión de Proveedores de servicios
  • Habilidades de organización, enfoque en resultados
  • Habilidades de gestión de proyectos
  • Habilidades de planificación estratégica
  • Conocimiento básico en publicidad y marketing digital
