The Salesforce Developer - Operations will be a key member of the growing Global Tech Services Organization to build out a best-in-class Salesforce implementation.

The Salesforce Developer - Operations will manage one of the Salesforce delivery teams, provide cost-effective and thoughtful solutions with a focus on service delivery. - Expert level capabilities in APEX, LWC, Aura, declarative tools, and environment governance
- Expertise in API led integrations (REST, SOAP)
- Be responsible for driving the day-to-day operations of a Salesforce development team.
- Collaborating with our product team, distill business problems into viable, long-standing technology solutions by:

- Generating technical requirements
- Design solution documents
- Ensure code quality through peer review and unit testing
- Leading iterative deployments
- Provide operational support to the business.
- Mentor junior developers on the team.
- Work on simultaneous tasks, prioritizing to maximize productivity.
- Be a self-starter with effective communication
- Balance individual contribution with leading a collaborative team.
- Tackle problems outside your core competencies to learn new technologies (as needed)
- Expertise in agile development process

Qualifications:
**It will really make us smile if you have**
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems or demonstrated industry hands-on experience.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
- Experience with ETL platforms, CICD pipeline setup and maintenance, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Understanding of event based architecture (domain driven design)
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (terraforming)
- Understanding of development operations and architecture.
