**Job Description**:
- Monitor and process compliance obligations for LATAM markets.
- Communicate regularly with various regulatory authorities for confirming of regulatory and technical standards to ensure that company meets regulations as per jurisdiction standards.
- Maintain knowledge and assist in the analysis of e-gaming regulatory compliance standards within LATAM markets.
- Develop new market entry project plan and track the progress; prepare and maintain status reports and schedules, track milestones and dependencies, ensuring that all work is delivered on time
- Communicate efficiently and maintain/develop strong relationships with e-gaming regulators, accredited test facilities, internal departments, external customers, and other stakeholders in regulatory landscape.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3-5 years in a compliance related role in the gaming industry with knowledge of live casino environments and gambling products
- Strong interpersonal skills, efficient networker, and collaborative team player
- Experience of coordinating audits
- Experience in communicating with people at all levels as an expert as well as excellence in stakeholder management with a high level of integrity
- Experience in project management; develop project plans, track progress, prepare reports and manage expectations
- Commercial mindset and business acumen
- Adaptable and agile, can work in a fast-paced environment and respond and re-prioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand
- Possess analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Secondary education or professional experience relevant to the job
- Good level of computer skills and experience in spreadsheetsAdditional Information
