People Compliance Manager

Company Description **Job Description**: Zscaler’s People Operations Team seeks an experienced and dynamic People Compliance Manager to join its growing People Compliance team. It’s an opportunity to shape the future of the People Compliance Function at Zscaler during a period of rapid growth and Global Expansion. The People Compliance function supports the following programs: - Contingent Workforce - M&A, Global Expansion - HR - People Compliance - HR - People Compliance Training The People Compliance Manager is both a hands-on and strategic role that provides expertise on all compliance-related matters, in addition to project management and delivery for people compliance programs. This role will partner closely with the People Compliance team, internal/external employment counsel, corporate compliance, privacy, internal audit, people services, procurement and other stakeholders to implement solutions aimed at reducing risks for Zscaler. **Responsibilities**: - Day to Day development, implementation, and maintenance of people policies and ensuring the policies and procedures are in accordance with applicable International and U.S. federal, state, and local laws. - Research and monitor changes in global HR compliance requirements and proactively and collaboratively update policies and processes, ensuring successful implementation of changes across all stakeholders. - Partner with Zscaler Legal and key stakeholders on applicable policy and process changes (e.g. Employee Handbook maintenance). - Manage enhancements and delivery of Zscaler’s global compliance training to employees (e.g., Anti-Harassment and Discrimination, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, etc.). - Support - Support new country global expansion efforts by partnering with other team members to Iidentify compliance requirements and enable adherence to local laws. - Drive the preparation and maintenance of required compliance reports, correspondence and records pertaining to regulatory compliance (i.e., EEOC, AAP) by partnering with third-party vendors (e.g., Outsolve) to ensure compliance efforts are met - Support responses to RFPs (e.g., sales proposals), and internal/external audits and assessments - Support internal/external audit needs and prepare compliance reports and metrics - Support contingent workforce program needs and monthly reportings **Who You Are** - You take ownership and get things done - You have a passion for enabling a positive employee experience - You have a growth mindset and describe yourself as a builder - You are collaborative and driven to do what is right **Qualifications**: - 5+ years of experience in HR, specifically in HR Policy & Compliance related roles - Demonstrated knowledge of global and U.S. federal, state and local employment practices and regulations - Experience in the development, implementation, and administration of corporate-level - policies - History of success in project management, change management, stakeholder management, - user training, and communications - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously - Ability to work collaboratively to drive and influence decisions and outcomes at all levels of the organization - Experience navigating ambiguity with ease while introducing the right level of structure Additional Information **What You Can Expect From Us**: - A fast paced and highly energetic culture that thrives on exceeding client expectations - An environment where you will be working on leading edge technologies and architectures to address complex business problems - A fun, passionate and collaborative workplace, that operates as a start-up with a high degree of respect and integrity for one another - Competitive salary and benefits, including equity **Why Zscaler?** - Zscaler is the world’s leading software-as-a-service security platform - We deliver best of breed security services with unprecedented scale - We protect over 30 million users, in 5,000+ organizations, across 185+ countries - Glassdoor rating of 4.7/5.0 = Exceptional place to work All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability. **What You Can Expect From Us**: - An environment where you will be working on cutting edge technologies and architectures - A fun, passionate and collaborative workplace - Competitive salary and benefits, including equity **Why Zscaler?** People who excel at Zscaler are smart, motivated and share our values.
