Payable Accounting Assistant

**General Objective**: Process, track and record payments to suppliers in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

**Responsabilities**:
Review of weekly payment proposals.

Process urgent and prepaid payments.

Approval of payments.

Follow-up of complaints internally and externally.

Review of unreconciled bank items.

Registrations and payments on behalf of the sister company APL.

Follow-up to the Indian team to clean up accounting accounts of suppliers.

Review of records of pending expenses for the monthly accounting closing.

Creation of new suppliers in the system.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Medium Technician in Accounting, Finance or Administration.

At least 2 years of previous work experience in accounts payable.

Intermediate English.

Basic accounting

Management of office package

Intermediate command of English

Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.

Studies in accounting, finance, administration or related.
