The Project Management Services group serves as enabler to fuel Intel's hiring of top talent by providing the best professional consultation experience for our teams and customers. Project Management Services responsibilities include but are not limited to: working with customers to develop project charters, deliverables, work break down structures, stakeholder lists, decision matrixes, contracts, and monitor projects to completion.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Must be an active student, and must have completed at least 50% of degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
- Advanced English level written and verbal.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office(Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Must be willing to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience or internships in Human Resources, Project Management, or Talent Acquisition.
- Development of system diagrams, process flows, and test scripts.
- Talent to prepare and examine project deliverables for completeness (plans, schedules, work structures, scripts, etc.).
- Analytical skills, forecasting skills, matrix reporting, flexibility.
- Experience with MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.
- Skills to coordinate project activities.
