Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, Latin America

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Deliver slates of qualified and diverse talents for current and anticipated roles in the organization.- Conduct competency based and cultural mindset focused interviews, initiate online assessments and interpret the results, create offers and trigger contract creation
- Provide accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, track talent acquisition metrics and report trends and issues to TA leadership, providing recommendations for improvement.**Education Minimum Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience recruiting all levels of talent across a range of functions as a corporate in-house recruiter or in an RPO model is required.
- Fluency in English, Spanish & Portuguese

**Required Experience and Skills**:
- Demonstrated success in the use of social media and sourcing tools in addition to LinkedIn
- Extensive knowledge of at least one applicant tracking system (ideally Workday) and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Authentic, empathetic, curious, courageous

**Preferred Experience and Skills**:

- Experience in Pharmaceutical industry strongly desired
- Recruitment agency or international recruitment
