- Establecer los requisitos de contratación reuniéndose con los directivos para discutir las necesidades de personal.
- Evaluar y remitir a los aplicantes al personal de contratación de la organización, formulando recomendaciones de contratación cuando proceda.
- Realizar comprobaciones de los antecedentes de los solicitantes.
- Ayudar a elaborar y mantener actualizadas todas las descripciones de los puestos de trabajo de la empresa.
- Construir canales de contactando con servicios comunitarios, universidades, agencias de empleo, reclutadores, medios de comunicación y sitios de Internet; proporcionando información sobre la organización, oportunidades y beneficios; haciendo presentaciones; manteniendo la relación.

Calificaciones:
**¿Qué necesitas?**
- Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos o campo relacionado.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en reclutamiento y selección de empleados desde el nível de entrada hasta puestos de liderazgo senior.
- Experiência previa con evaluaciones relacionadas con el empleo.
- Experiência con herramientas de reclutamiento de LinkedIn.
- Bilingüe (Español e Inglés).
- Conocimiento del ciclo completo de reclutamiento (screening, assessment & selection).
- Experiência en talent-pooling.
- Experiência en técnicas de búsqueda directa.
- Sólida capacidad para llevar a cabo diferentes tipos de entrevistas (estructuradas, basadas en competencias).
- Sólido comunicador con capacidad para influir y persuadir a todos los níveles de la organización.
