Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant role is to support project teams in the implementation of new clients onto the CloudPay platform. As part of CloudPay’s payroll implementation team, the Implementation Consultant will work closely with Project Managers and Payroll Subject Matter Experts/In Country Providers and work collaboratively with CloudPay global payroll operations teams.
**Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include**:
- Implement payroll projects and execute designated tasks as part of the payroll processing on behalf of customers, on time and accurately
- Provide support to customers on all payroll related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a back-up covering for holidays or emergencies
- dentify and consider both the business and technical needs of customers with the goal of providing a quality and consistent user experience.
- Configure, execute, test and implement the designed solution, in alignment with global requirements
- Provide regular status updates to Reporting Manager
- Provide regular status updates to Project Leads
- Perform tasks as assigned by the reporting Manager
**Attributes and Experience Required**:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline is desirable
- At least 1 year experience in payroll processing or HIRS Implementation
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced MS Excel Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical staff
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goals
