Responsibilities - Create, manage, and revise Quotes as per standard operating procedures. - Understand and adherence to KPI/metrics, agreed SLAs & productivity expectations - Act with sense of urgency with priorities/escalations - Actively contribute to process improvement ideas and automation of current processes/systems/procedures - Closely monitor non-standard process and strike a conversation to standardize processes for faster turn-around-time. - Perform other ad hoc tasks as per business requirements and managements request

**Requisitos**:
Advanced English Level (MUST). Good communication and analytical skills. Good knowledge of Sales Force (SFDC), EBS Oracle, Admin Portal, SAP HANA, etc. Contract/License Renewals, Lead/opportunity Management, SaaS Business, Quote to Cash, Order to Cash, Shared Services Operations, etc. Excellent leadership and communication skills Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
