**Who we are looking for?**
We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle experience to help with managing our international hiring process and finding potential people to join our team. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a Recruiter and excellent knowledge of sourcing and HR tools and techniques. Ultimately, you will ensure we hire qualified people who help us achieve our business objectives. If you have the DNA we are looking for, we would like to meet you
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the interview, selection, and closing process
- Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications with the HR Team
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of work experience as a Full-cycle Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter, a staffing agency recruiter or Freelancer)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Recruitment software, ATS and HRIS systems
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc) and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Ability to organise skill assessment centres (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
- Experience with social media recruiting
- Headhunting experience is a must
