Founded in 2003, our award-winning projects include Hudson Yards in New York (the largest private real estate development in U.S. history), San Francisco Better Streets Plan, Greater New Orleans Urban Water Plan, revitalization of the iconic waterfront Brooklyn Bridge Park, and the 35 square-km Baietan Urban Area Plan in the heart of Guangzhou, China.

**Role Summary**
**Minimum Skills**
- Typically 2+ years of experience in the industry
- Basic knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D
- Proficiency in sheet and plan setup
- Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and Google Apps
- Ability to analyze design sketches and specifications to create technical drawings
- Knowledge of industry information and current with industry standards
- Time management skills to work with multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Intermediate English speaking, writing and reading skills
**Preferred Skills**
- Technical degree from Technical/Professional High School, INA or equivalent
- Previous experience as a CAD Technician/Drafter or related position
- Experience/knowledge in land development, site development, infrastructure
- Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D and GIS
- Knowledge of BIM methodology and interoperability of Civil 3D, Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
**Expected Outcomes**
- Interpret architectural and engineering notes, written instructions, and detailed sketches, to prepare clear and detailed drawings
- Work with production and engineering teams to ensure that all drawings and models meet required standards
- Update existing drawings as new information becomes available
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
