**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare low to medium complexity monthly journal entries
- Performs monthly reconciliation of low to medium complexity GL accounts in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Researches variances and prepares adjustments. Ensures that all reconciling items are researched and resolved on time.
- Generate and analyze inventory quantity & valuation reports and standard cost review
- Perform period end financial close activities and meet all related deadlines
- Execute physical inventory count with warehouse members
- Update NetSuite inter-month and month end count inventory variances
- Support components or portions of the R2R responsibilities inclusive of Intercompany, General Ledger, Reconciliations, Month End Close, Financial Reporting, Controls & Compliance, and US GAAP Ledger reporting
- Create new part numbers for raw materials and finished goods as required and manage existing part number list. Review month end inventory master file
- Participate in cross-functional teams ( Marketing, International, Procurement, & Supply Chain ) to resolve inventory related issues
- Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
- Ensure customer needs and relationships are fulfilled and enhanced through proactive involvement and interaction
- Build relationships with the different cross company’s departments
- Responsible for the management of the policies and compliance with Statutory regulations
- Compile monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and metrics in a timely manner to ensure the availability of information for management review.
- Support the internal and external audit process

Qualifications:
**It will really make us smile if you have**
- 2 years’ experience working in finance or accounting
- Bachelor's degree or 3rd year of college required in business administration, Finance & Accounting or related field, master’s Degree is a plus
- Fluency in English, Excellent oral and written communication skills and Spanish is required (written and spoken), with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to express oneself in a logical and concise manner are essential
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong market knowledge and experience in working across various functions, businesses and regions
- Knowledge of Document Management Software as Share Point is a plus
- Knowledge of Netsuite is a plus
- Knowledge of US GAAP

English level B2- B2+
