**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Delivery Management
- Reviewing the project health status and taking appropriate actions to make sure that projects are progressing well
- Facilitate resolution of Project issues/risks and directing Project Managers and Technical Leads to implement resolutions and escalate as appropriate to stakeholders/ sponsors
- Serve as an escalation point for issue resolution for customers interfacing with KYNDRYL project teams
- Host Steering Committee meetings with key Project stakeholders and Report project status to steering committee through Project Dashboards

Business Development and Growth
- Conduct account planning session to strategically handle and identify growth opportunities for the account.
- Discuss with client and identify their pain points and project requirement and work on putting up project proposal from KYNDRYL
- Work on the respective practice area and competencies to identify the right solution for the client
- Work on various KYNDRYL tools to provide risk assessment, cost case and pricing for the solution
- Work on creating the necessary contract documents like statement of work (SOW) or PCR (project change request).
- Work on contract signing by coordinating with various stakeholders from both KYNDRYL and Customer
- Entering, tracking and reporting the growth opportunities in KYNDRYL tracking systems and reporting to the senior management.

Financial Control and reporting
- Forecasting revenue, cost and profit for the account by using various KYNDRYL tools
- Working with financial analysts to clarify any questions they may have.
- Providing overall leadership on cost cutting and revenue increase
- Reporting financial status, outlook and road-map.
- Account planning for future years.
- Attending financial and other control audits

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Required Professional and Technical Expertise : 3-5 years of experience with data center infrastructure/network related projects Strong communication skills; both verbal and written PMP Certification Desired Knowledge of lifecycle, cost, delivery and support aspects of the following areas: SAN/NAS Storage, Servers, Hypervisors, Cloud, Windows, VMware, Virtual Appliances, Physical Network, Network Services, Enterprise Backup and Recovery. Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise : PMP Certification Desired
